This is the highest possible rating under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) operated by the Food Standards Agency.
What the rating means
The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme helps consumers choose where to eat or buy food by giving them clear information about the hygiene standards in food businesses. Ratings run from 0 (urgent improvement necessary) to 5 (very good). Our rating of 5 reflects the highest standards across:
- Hygienic food handling — preparing, cooking, reheating, cooling, and storing food.
- Cleanliness and condition of facilities and the building.
- Management of food safety — systems or checks in place to ensure food is safe to eat.
