Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with stay@home, 18 Queen Street, Blackpool, FY1 2AB ("we", "us"). By completing a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Bookings
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email and full payment has been processed. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
3. Cancellations & refunds
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.
Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing hello@stayathome.example. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
4. Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. If you expect to arrive after 20:00 please let us know in advance.
5. Occupancy
Rooms are let to the number of guests stated at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum occupancy of a room is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse entry or request additional payment where the number of guests exceeds the booked amount.
6. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. We operate a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property, including all rooms, corridors, and indoor areas. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area. A deep-cleaning charge of £150 will be applied to any booking where this policy is breached.
Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed with us in writing prior to arrival.
7. Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, fixtures, fittings, or equipment during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the card used for booking for the cost of any damage.
8. Liability
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. However, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
9. Complaints
Any complaints should be raised with us as soon as possible during your stay so we have the opportunity to resolve them. Post-stay complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of departure.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
